成实外教育(01565.HK)中期股东应占溢利增长11.1%至2.36亿元 中期息4港仙
格隆汇8月27日丨成实外教育(01565.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收益7.54亿元人民币，同比增长27.7%；毛利3.4亿元，同比增长18.7%；公司拥有人应占溢利2.36亿元，同比增长11.1%；每股盈利0.08元，中期股息每股4.0港仙。
总收益增加主要由于该集团学生入学人数及平均学费增加所致。该集团学校的入学学生总数由2018年6月30日的38,709名增加至2019年6月30日的45,580名。入学学生总数增加乃由于2018年9月新开设的学校及若干现有学校的可容纳人数增加所致。
来自学费的收益由上年同期约人民币567.8百万元增加约人民币120.5百万元（或21.2%）至报告期约人民币688.3百万元。收取的学费增加主要由于该集团学生入学人数因2018╱2019学年的招生人数增加、学校可容纳人数增加及于2018╱2019年学年较2017╱2018学年招收两个或以上级别的学生而增加所致。
期间毛利率由上年同期的48.5%减至报告期的45.1%，主要由于教师的工资及福利增加、提供学校食堂服务的毛利率较低以及该集团固定资产折旧成本增加所致。
公司称，该集团对于中国西南地区优质民办教育的强大需求感到乐观。为巩固及增强于该地区的市场领先地位，该集团计划透过多重扩展策略实现未来增长，包括轻资产规模扩张、收购、增加若干现有学校的可容纳人数。该集团未来的资本支出资金主要来源于内部资源如经营现金流和股东权益，以及在一定程度上通过银行借款和融资租赁。
具体而言，该集团计划执行以下策略：1)与第三方业务伙伴合作设立新轻资产学校；2）与海外著名学校合作于中国开办新先进、创新及国际化学校或基础课程；3)向第三方提供学前教育至十二年级学校全面学校管理服务，包括（其中包括）教育质量监控、课程开发、日常运营、教师招聘及培训、品牌推广、教学法支援及校园设计；及4)与若干商业房地产业主合作，开设一站式综合教育解决方案。
