新天绿色能源(00956.HK)中期纯利升17.69%至9.68亿元
格隆汇8月27日丨新天绿色能源(00956.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止中期，公司实现收益人民币63.61亿元(单位下同)，同比增长31.45%；公司拥有人应占利润9.68亿元，同比增长17.69%；每股盈利25.20分。
期内，风电及光伏业务收入约为21.04亿元，较上年同期增加14.3%，主要原因为报告期内售电量增加。2.天然气业务收入约为42.54亿元，较上年同期增加41.9%，主要原因为报告期内售气量增加。
风电业务方面，风电场发电量稳步增长报告期内，因集团控股风电场运营容量增加，弃风率为5.64%，同比下降0.79个百分点，控股风电场实现发电量47.79亿千瓦时，同比增长14.45%；集团控股风电场可利用小时数为1,376小时，较上年度同期增加18小时，高於全国平均可利用小时数243小时，且高於河北省平均可利用小时数192小时；平均风电机组可利用率97.8%，较上年同期上升0.43个百分点。
项目建设扎实推进报告期内，集团新增风电控股装机容量119.4兆瓦，累计控股装机容量为3,977.55兆瓦。截至报告期末，集团在建项目容量总计663兆瓦(含海上风电项目)。国家示范项目乐亭菩提岛300MW海上风电项目累计吊装风机48台；其他项目均按计划进度施工。报告期内，集团全面优化工程建设流程，紧抓工程综合管控，提高工程管理效能，不断提升工程建设品质，确保质量、进度、投资和安全可控，保障项目按照计划推进各项建设工作。
积极扩充风资源储备报告期内，集团新增核准容量15兆瓦，累计风电核准未开工容量2,487.6兆瓦。2019年上半年，受国家政策影响，上半年部分省市暂停、暂缓风电指标下发，故本年度截止6月30日，于集团无新增核准计划(含备选)。截至报告期末，集团累计取得国家核准计划容量已达6,633.3兆瓦，分布于全国16个省份。
天然气业务方面，天然气售气量稳步提升报告期内，受实体经济回暖以及煤改气等政策影响，集团天然气业务售气量达16.51亿立方米，较上年同期增长27.3%。其中：批发气量10.84亿立方米，较上年同期增长31%；零售气量5.16亿立方米，较上年同期增长20%，CNG/LNG售气量0.51亿立方米，较上年同期增长25%。
天然气管线建设持续推进，截至2019年6月30日止，集团累计运营管线4,815.90公里。冀中十县管网工程(二期)全线投产试运行，冀中十县管网工程(三期)完工并投产试运行。2019年上半年，集团在建CNG释放LNG、CNG加气站1座。截至报告期末，集团累计运营CNG母站7座、CNG子站6座。
