格隆汇8月27日丨中国银河(06881.HK)宣布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入及其他收益106.33亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增41.93%；归属于公司拥有人净利润25.95亿元，同比增97.93%；基本每股收益0.26元。
截至2019年6月30日，集团资产总额为人民币3,106.46亿元，较上年末增加23.58%。发生较大变动的项目有：货币资金为人民币836.72亿元，较上年末增加62.74%，主要为客户资金增加；融出资金为人民币531.48亿元，较上年末增加19.08%，主要为融出资金业务规模增加；交易性金融资产为人民币713.88亿元，较上年末增加18.31%，主要是交易性债券持仓增加；买入返售金融资产为人民币331.40亿元，较上年末减少17.08%，主要为股票质押回购规模减少所致；应收款项为人民币93.87亿元，较上年末增加1,359.60%，主要为境外子公司清算款项增加；其他债权投资为人民币203.19亿元，较上年末增加17.46%，主要为债券投资增加；长期股权投资为人民币10.70亿元，较上年末增加21.99%，主要为子公司新收购联营企业；其他资产人民币34.55亿元，较上年末增长75.10%，主要为预付账款及预缴税款增加所致。其中：境外资产折合人民币235.59亿元，占总资产的比例为7.58%。
公司的经纪业务享有领先的市场地位。根据中国证券业协会公布的未经审计数据，报告期内，公司代理买卖证券业务净收入单体券商口径行业排名第2，市场份额5.10%；客户托管证券总市值人民币2.74万亿元，市场份额6.86%，行业排名第3；客户存款保证金账户余额人民币632亿元，市场份额4.6%，行业排名第5；截至报告期末，融资融券余额行业排名第4，市场份额5.32%。
公司庞大的客户基础和客户资产为公司的业务增长提供巨大潜力，为公司融资融券、买入转售大额交易、机构销售及现金管理等业务的发展和创新提供强大动力。
