金隅集团(601992.SH)半年度净利润升26.36%至30.46亿元
格隆汇8月27日丨金隅集团(601992.SH)发布2019年半年度报告,实现营业收入446.11亿元,同比增长26.14%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润30.46亿元,同比增长26.36%;归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润24.20亿元,同比增长11.54%;基本每股收益0.29元。
水泥及预拌混凝土板块
按照“打造国际一流的现代化、专业化大型水泥产业集团”的战略定位,坚持高标准引领,全面实施战略营销,强化区域联动,提升市场控制力;优化组织机构,提升专业化管控职能,持续提升运营质量。
2019年上半年,水泥及熟料销量4997万吨(含合营联营公司),同比增长14.5%;实现营业收入197.4亿元,同比增长25.8%;实现利润26.6亿元,同比增长89.1%。其中,水泥销量4358万吨,熟料销量639万吨;水泥及熟料综合毛利率37.7%,同比增加1.1个百分点。混凝土销量815万立方米,同比增长29.8%,混凝土毛利率9.2%,同比减少0.8个百分点。
新型建材与商贸物流板块
加强管控,治理散乱,深化改革,对标降控取得成效;集聚合力提升服务能力,产业协同初见成效;立足做实做精京津冀市场,做好雄安新区、城市副中心、冬奥场馆、大兴国际机场等重点工程建材产品供应保障。
2019年上半年,新型建材与商贸物流板块实现营业收入127.9亿元,同比增长41.1%;其中:制造业完成20.4亿元,商贸物流业完成107.5亿元;板块实现利润1.22亿元。
房地产开发板块
顺应市场形势,主动作为,积极应对,专业化水平获得提升,项目资金加快回笼。
2019年上半年,房地产开发板块实现营业收入111.5亿元,同比增长12.1%,实现利润19.9亿元,同比增长1.1%,实现合同签约额93.8亿元,同比增长2.1%,实现现金回款106.0亿元,同比增长14.6%。
2019年上半年,公司深挖城市矿产资源,实现两宗工业用地项目入市并成功取得开发权,新增土地储备约17.35万平方米。截至2019年6月30日,公司土地储备面积855.72万平方米。
物业投资及管理板块
围绕北京城市定位,不断提升服务质量和水平。报告期内,写字楼租金水平保持高位,金隅喜来登酒店入住率80%,公寓出租率95%,金隅智造工场一期出租率达75%,金隅高新产业园一期出租率近95%。
2019年上半年,物业投资与管理板块实现营业收入22.3亿元,实现利润4.9亿元。公司在北京及天津核心区域持有的投资性物业总面积155万平方米,综合平均出租率85%,综合平均出租单价5.2元/平方米/天,其中,北京核心区域高档写字楼综合平均出租单价8.9元/平方米/天。
