森马服饰(002563.SZ)半年度净利润升8.2%至7.22亿元 已建立逾万家线下门店
森马服饰(002563.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告,实现营业收入82.19亿元,同比增长48.57%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润7.22亿元,同比增长8.20%;归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润6.69亿元,同比增长8.02%;基本每股收益0.27元。
2019年上半年,公司继续按照战略发展规划,坚持围绕服饰主业,促进多品牌战略的实施与发展,支持和推动新业务的成长,全力推动森马发展的大平台和四大产业集群——“服装产业集群、儿童产业集群、电商产业集群、新兴产业集群”的建设,努力将公司打造成为受人尊敬的企业。
公司积极整合内外部资源,拓宽经营发展思路,聚焦创新能力和卓越运营能力的提升,通过有效的投入与改革,开展管理、运营、品牌及商业模式等方面的创新,持续推进数字化的建设,打造数字化、在线化的企业,赋能员工,赋能客户,赋能一线。
公司明确了数字化建设的方向和路径,逐步从满足消费者差异化需求、提升消费者体验、打造智慧门店、优化供应链效率、提高公司运营能力、赋能公司员工等维度着手,统筹规划,分阶段实施公司数字化建设。公司已开设了超过500家的智慧门店。公司旗下森马品牌、巴拉巴拉品牌、马卡乐品牌,顺应消费者购物习惯的改变,推出了品牌小程序,创造了离店购物、离店体验的新消费场景,为消费者提供无边界的消费体验。
2019年上半年,浙江森马电子商务产业园项目已落成并投入使用,为公司电商业务发展打下坚实基础。公司持续推动温州、上海、嘉兴三地物流仓储资源整合,合理布局并有效利用现有资源,降低费用及成本。同时,公司持续对办公环境、宿舍环境进行提升优化和改善,为员工提供良好的办公和生活环境,提高员工满意度。
2019年1-6月,公司电商业务继续保持健康快速发展的态势,浙江森马电子商务有限公司实现营业收入20.73亿元,同比增长29.01%。森马品牌在第三方电商平台中的细分行业排名显著提升;巴拉巴拉品牌头部优势稳固;电商品牌Minibalabala增长迅速,营业收入同比增长102.88%。
公司采取直营与加盟相结合、线上与线下互补的多元化全渠道销售模式。截至2019年6月30日,公司已在全国各省、自治区、直辖市及海外建立了10161家线下门店,其中直营店1218家,联营店280家,加盟店8663家;同时,公司在淘宝、天猫、唯品会等国内知名电子商务平台建立了线上销售渠道。
