地素时尚(603587.SH)半年度扣非净利润升21.89%至2.96亿元
格隆汇8月27日丨地素时尚(603587.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入11.11亿元，同比增长14.42%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.39亿元，同比增长1.09%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润2.96亿元，同比增长21.89%；基本每股收益0.85元。
公司进一步优化营销网络体系，直营线下渠道方面，更加关注店铺的运营质量，关闭了部分绩效较差的店铺，完善了新开店铺的评估流程；经销渠道方面，更多的参与到经销商店铺的实际运营中，及时掌握经销商的库存情况，针对经销商的订货、货品的培训和店铺的陈列等给予更多的指导；电商渠道方面，积极开拓新的销售平台，如小红书、YOHO、魅力惠等，全新的微商城小程序也将于下半年上线。公司积极通过整合线上线下销售模式，进一步改善消费者的购物体验。
公司上半年持续推进零售3C培训，并实施了“神秘访客”项目，找出零售端存在的问题，提高店长和导购的零售能力，2018年下半年开始实施的新的导购薪酬方案，也调动了导购的积极性，形成了良好的竞争范围，拉动了店效的提升。2019年上半年公司直营平均单店零售额较上年同期增长18.7%。
公司与华特迪士尼(中国)有限公司(“迪士尼公司”)进行品牌IP合作，2019年上半年陆续推出了“小飞象”和“七个小矮人”系列产品，得到了迪士尼公司和消费者的一致认可。下半年公司在继续和迪士尼公司合作的基础上，会继续寻找符合公司产品定位的其他品牌IP进行深入的合作，传递品牌文化，推动销售的增长。
公司位于江苏昆山的物流基地一期项目已于2019年4月试运营，一期建筑面积58059.85平方米，二期项目也已经开工建设，与之配套的智能物流仓储系统也在实施过程中，预计2019年下半年正式上线。新物流中心的建成和投入运行，将进一步提升存储和订单配发效率，满足线上线下不断增长业务需要。
公司2019年上半年加大了品牌推广的力度，日本当红年轻偶像木村光希与公司签约，成为DIAMOND DAZZLE的品牌形象代言人，将协助公司向市场传播全新的DIAMOND DAZZLE品牌文化；公司聘请了原英国时尚杂志VOGUE主编Anders Christian Madsen作为公司的品牌顾问，为公司提供专业的品牌推广意见和指导；公司还委托日本知名设计师片山正通设计各品牌店铺的全新形象，RAZZLE和DAZZLE店铺新形象已推出，预计今年下半年推出DIAMOND DAZZLE和dzzit店铺新形象。
