环球医疗(02666.HK)上半年营收增52.5%至31.95亿元
格隆汇8月27日丨环球医疗(02666.HK)公布2019上半年业绩，集团实现收入31.95亿元，较上年同期增长52.5%；实现期内溢利8.73亿元，较上年同期增长19.0%；公司普通股权益持有人应占期内溢利8.12亿元，较上年同期增长10.4%。
2019年上半年，集团继续向医疗健康领域纵深推进，发展战略稳步实施，业务基础更加牢固。我们围绕打造国内领先的医疗健康产业集团的战略发展目标，全面推进医院集团业务布局，稳健发展医疗金融业务，协同推进医疗技术服务和医疗信息化业务，综合实力不断增强，经营业绩稳步增长。
2019年上半年，集团充分发挥自身资源优势，积极把握市场和政策机遇，全面推进医院集团业务布局。一是持续推进国有企业办医疗机构整合承接工作并取得重要成果；二是稳步推进合作医疗机构的融合管理工作，建立医院集团化管理体系；三是持续推进医院投资建设与运营项目稳步实施。截至目前，集团全国性医疗服务网络逐步建立，国内领先的现代化医院集团初具规模。
截至2019年6月30日，集团先后与烟台港集团、西电集团、中盐集团、西航集团、鞍钢集团、攀钢集团、中电彩虹及中铁国资签订项目合作合同，承接其下属医疗机构20家。同时，集团分别与五矿集团及中铁国资签署合作协议，后续将分阶段、有步骤地将指定下属医疗机构纳入合作范围。此外，集团还与其他多家国企集团达成合作意向，未来将持续推进更多国企医院项目落地。
截至2019年6月30日，集团已完成交割的医疗机构共16家，其中2家三甲医院，9家二级医院，其中医院运营床位数4,193张，门诊量达123.1万人次，住院量达6.7万人次，医疗业务收入合计达人民币962.8百万元。
集团分别于2016年8月30日与西安交大一附院、于2018年8月9日与邯郸市卫健委及邯郸一院达成医院投资建设与运营合作协议。
