美银美林升绿城服务(2869.HK)目标价至7.2港元评级“中性”
美银美林发表报告表示,绿城服务(02869.HK)旗下教育业务有提早转势迹象,加上传统物业管理业务毛利率趋势稳定,以及销售、一般及行政开支对收入比率下降,认为相关情况均属正面因素。

该行指,虽然看好绿城服务管理层长远将目光放於高端城市、服务质素及员工留任,但这些政策令公司短期与同业相比,财务表现或会处於较不利状态。此外,公司上半年应收帐上升亦令人关注。
美银美林将绿城服务目标价由6.9港元升至7.2港元,此相当预测明年市盈率23倍,维持“中性”评级。
