格隆汇8月27日丨碧桂园(2007.HK)高开2.77%,报10港元,盘前成交951.39万港元,最新总市值2164.7亿港元。
碧桂园昨日回购1800万股,涉资1.725亿港。
碧桂园已于8月22日公布业绩,中金称整体上上半年业绩超预期,且预计下半年销售增速将回升。
另外,时代传媒最新发布的《中国房地产潜力榜TOP50》中显示的土储排行,碧桂园排第二(27877.7亿元)。据悉,碧桂园在2019年上半年一共新获取了260宗土地,权益预期建筑面积为3302万平方米,平均地价仅为3478元/平方米。按权益金额计算,新增土地储备中目标三四线的占比达54%,目标二线的占比40%,目标一线的占比6%。
