金溢科技(002869.SZ)与腾讯签署战略合作框架协议共同探索新兴业务领域发展机遇
格隆汇8月26日丨金溢科技(002869.SZ)公布，公司于2019年8月23日与腾讯科技(深圳)有限公司(“腾讯”)签署了《战略合作框架协议》。为维护和拓展业已形成的良好合作关系，促进未来发展和长远合作，共同探索新兴业务领域发展机遇，双方本着自愿、平等、互利的原则，经充分协商，决定建立战略合作伙伴关系。
根据双方协商，将在如下领域共同开展合作：
1）智能网联标准：共同研究推进智能网联领域的相关标准工作，包括V2X、多传感器融合、边缘计算及自动驾驶等行业标准。基于双方共同的标准工作成果，开展相关技术验证工作。
2）智慧道路：联合研究基于路侧端能力的智慧道路系统。共同推进技术实现，应用验证，商业模式探讨及行业方案落地。
3）智能网联车载终端：结合智能网联系统云端服务，共同推进基于智能网联车载终端的个人及行业应用验证。基于腾讯应用，共同推进面向ETC车载装置的车路协同技术实现及应用验证，并基于上述工作，合作推动与ETC车载装置相关的车联网创新业务。
3、双方同意建立相应的机构和组织机制来推进上述1至2条所述的共同合作。
4、第3条中提到的机构及组织机制，非限制性的指导方针如下：
a.双方将建立由双方合作团队参加的定期会晤机制(每年两次)，共同检验合作成果，研究解决合作中的重大问题，并就未来合作方向进行指导。
b.双方将明确战略合作专项工作接口机构，负责相关合作事宜的推进落实和日常沟通联系。
腾讯是目前中国最大的互联网综合服务提供商之一，也是中国服务用户最多的互联网企业之一。腾讯以技术丰富互联网用户的生活，旗下社交网络及通信平台微信和QQ 将用户连接到多元化的数字内容，包括游戏、视频、音乐和文学。其自主开发的目标用户定向技术协助广告主触达数以亿计的中国消费者。在基础设施服务方面，腾讯在移动支付、网络安全、云服务及人工智能等范畴提供产品和服务，促进合作伙伴的业务增长。腾讯大力投资于人才及推动科技创新，务求与互联网、移动通信行业共同发展。金溢科技专注智慧交通领域，是国内领先的智慧交通与物联网核心设备及解决方案提供商。自2004年成立以来，金溢科技以高速公路智慧交通、城市智慧交通、公安交通管理、前沿交通、物流追溯五大业务领域为核心，构建了完善的研发、生产、销售与服务体系，为政府、运营单位、终端用户提供端到端的解决方案、产品及服务。本次战略合作有利于双方发挥各自的特长和优势，开展智能网联标准、智慧道路、智能网联车载终端等方面的合作，探索智能交通技术在数字消费及应用领域的实践。本协议的签署不会对公司本年度财务状况及经营业绩构成重大影响，未来随着双方业务合作的进一步加深，预计对公司经营发展将产生积极影响。
