雷士照明(02222.HK)中期纯利升307.5%至3.74亿元
格隆汇8月26日丨雷士照明(02222.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,集团收入达人民币26.97亿元(单位下同),与同期比较上升36.6%;毛利达9.02亿元,与同期比较上升66.2%;母公司拥有人应占的期内利润达3.74亿元,与同期比较上升307.5%,基本每股盈利为8.85分。、
集团于照明行业深耕逾20年,在中国国内业务稳定发展的同时,目前已于欧洲、澳洲、南美、中东及东南亚等主要国家及地区建立销售网路及渠道,2018年集团成功收购了怡达(香港)光电科技有限公司,打通了北美通道,拓展了海外市场业务及增加了海外销售量,通过加大海外市场开拓力度以寻求在国际照明市场的新突破,是集团完成战略转型的关键一步。
于回顾期内,集团实现销售收入26.97亿元,与同期比较增长36.6%,其中国际销售与同期比较增长43.8%。集团於中国市场的销售以雷士品牌为主,并主要通过34个独家区域经销商进行销售,截止回顾期末独家区域经销商已开发2,700余家专卖店(其中省会城市覆盖率为100.0%;地级城市覆盖率约为93.0%)。
回顾期内集团继续精耕商业照明、家居零售及电商渠道,并采取差异化战略以提升各细分市场占有率。于2019年8月,公司与国际投资机构KKR达成战略合作,KKR将持有中国照明业务70%股权,而集团将持有剩余30%股权,KKR将通过投资协助中国照明业务提升业绩并创造价值,而本集团将获得现金代价以回报股东及发展海外市场,双方将实现共赢发展。该出售业务是集团战略转型和业务优化的关键一步,预期将为持续拓展海外业务提供增长动力。
于回顾期内,中国销售增长33.3%,其中雷士品牌销售增长36.4%,主要是新收购的电商业务带来的收入贡献;非雷士品牌销售增长5.4%,主要得益于非雷士品牌LED光源及照明电器产品销售订单的提升;国际销售增长43.8%,其中雷士品牌下降7.6%,主要是国际经济波动以及主要客户需求的减少所致;而非雷士品牌与同期比较增长52.8%,主要是新收购的怡达业务的收入贡献,预期将成为国际市场重要的销售增长点。
