易居企业控股(02048.HK)中期核心净利升22.4%至6.67亿元
格隆汇8月26日丨易居企业控股(02048.HK)公告,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,总收入为人民币43.3亿元,同比增加55.8%;公司拥有人应占核心净利润为人民币6.67亿元,同比增加22.4%。每股盈利39.70分;不派息。
据悉,房地产代理服务总销售额为人民币3200.3亿元,同比增加25.1%;房地产经纪网络服务总销售额为人民币502亿元,同比增加395.1%。
在一手房代理业务方面,随着公司专业能力和行业竞争力的不断增强,我们的市场规模及占有率得到进一步攀升。报告期间,一手房代理业务成销总面积达到2340万平方米,实现同比增长14.2%,成销总金额人民币3200.3亿元,实现同比增长25.1%。截至2019年6月30日,已签未售的储备项目面积达2.82亿平方米,将保证未来代理收入的稳定增长。
在房地产经纪网络服务方面,2019年实现再次升级,公司以独特的S2B2C模式实现三年突破万店的扩张规模,截至2019年6月30日,公司已覆盖56个城市。其中一二手联动业务也实现大规模增长,通过易居房友平台为开发商销售39,925套新房项目,成销总金额人民币502亿元,分别于去年同期增长741.9%和395.1%。
在房地产数据及谘询服务方面,公司业务实现稳定增长,通过不断精进创新,为客户提供强大的数据及谘询服务,提升公司整体专业服务能力及服务层次。2019年上半年实现收入人民币4.42亿元,同比去年同期增长15.4%。
报告期间,公司推出了租赁系统、栅格系统、克而瑞中国地产债券领先指数等创新产品,并在原先投资决策系统和优采数据库中丰富了信息数据及板块内容,在未来的业务中,公司将继续深耕现有数据基础,并在存量市场数据及信息方面开拓创新,用数据解读中国房地产市场。
