野村维持友邦保险(1299.HK)“中性”评级目标价76.01港元
野村发表研究报告指出,友邦保险(1299.HK)中期业绩稳健,但考虑到香港当前情况,预料下半年香港业务势将受压,犹幸大陆业务表现强劲,故此维持今年新业务价值按年上升18%的预测不变,又因目前估值并不便宜,所以维持其“中性”评级,目标价为76.01港元。
野村报告指出,友邦中期业绩大致符合预期,内涵价值半年升8%,内涵价值营运溢利增加11%,内涵价值营运回报上升30个基点至17.3%,表现强劲。上半年以固定汇率计算的新务价值按年升20%,高于野村预估的18%升幅。
今年上半年,友邦保险的新业务价值继续推动,其中,香港的新业务价值按年增加19%,占上半年新业务价值40%,而大陆新业务价值增长34%,占比为29%。
