金马能源(06885.HK)上半年净利润减少9.8%至3.28亿元
格隆汇8月23日丨金马能源(06885.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入39.68亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长20.5%；毛利5.69亿元，同比减少1.4%；公司股东应占盈利3.28亿元，同比减少9.8%；基本每股收益0.61元；拟派中期股息每股0.1元。
报告期内，集团收益同比增加约20.5%，该增加主要是由于2019年上半年贸易分部的销售大幅增加，及LNG自2018年第三季开始全面生产的销售贡献。
收购及整合新业务方面，2014年至2016年期间，集团主要透过收购以建立集团的垂直整合业务模式。集团已成功多元化集团的业务，于2014年5月透过收购上海金马能源有限公司纳入贸易业务、2015年5月及2016年10月分别透过收购金源化工及博海化工纳入苯基及煤焦油基化学品的生产及销售及于2016年12月收购金宁能源把煤气直接销售至客户。
集团于2018年3月开始启动天然气生产设施，并于在2018年第三季全面生产及销售天然气。集团预期将于整合其下游业务时面临一系列挑战，如须协调原材料采购及销售及营销活动、管理额外客户及供应商关系、处理监管不同产品的新政府条例及协调公司政策和实务方针可能存在的差异。然而在过去数年，集团成功整合了各收购公司的管理层，维护了客户及供应商的关系，优化了生产、销售及业绩。
产能及销量方面，集团的经营业绩主要受产品平均售价及煤炭平均采购价的变动推动，而产品销量主要由产能决定。近年来，集团几乎以全产能及全销售营运。截至2019年6月30日止六个月，集团售出约110万吨焦炭(湿基)。2019年上半年度，集团焦炭的年产能约为210万吨(乾基)，粗苯及煤焦油的加工能力分别约为每年12万吨及18万吨。同时，集团每年能够生产约10亿立方米煤气供自用(包括用于生产LNG)及销售，而LNG生产设施的产能为每年约 1.23亿立方米。
