中国新城市(01321.HK)中期股东应占亏损减少62%至2081万元
格隆汇8月23日丨中国新城市(01321.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司收入与毛利分别约为人民币6.63亿元和2.90亿元,较2018年同期分别增加约28%和299%,毛利率从2018年同期的14%大幅增加到44%;股东应占亏损2081万元,亏损同比减少62%。
毛利率上升主要由于该集团于本期间内核心商业地产开发的结转收入增多,其多为毛利较高的项目,所以毛利于本期间内大幅增加;另外,该集团经营的酒店所产生的收益及利润持续改善。
于回顾期间,该集团的合同销售面积约为24,061平方米(2018年同期:约为115,046平方米),合同销售收入约为人民币479,400,000元(2018年同期:约人民币1,419,740,000元)。2019年上半年的物业销售收入为474,375,000,较2018年同期人民币364,300,000,增加约30%。
