中国财险(02328.HK)上半年净利润升39.13%至168.21亿元核心偿付能力充足率242%
格隆汇8月23日丨中国财险(02328.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司归属于母公司股东净利润为人民币168.21亿元(单位下同)，同比增长39.13%；基本每股收益0.756元，不派息。
2019年上半年，面对"稳中有变、变中有忧"的发展环境，我国坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线，深化市场化改革，扩大高水平开放，加快建设现代化经济体系，统筹推进稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险、保稳定各项工作，经济运行保持总体平稳、稳中有进的发展态势。在监管机构重点防范系统性风险，创新和完善监管方式方法，持续加大监管力度，深入推进商车费改的背景下，财产保险行业进一步深化保险供给侧结构性改革，积极服务实体经济发展，加速回归本源。
业务稳中有进，结构更加均衡。2019年上半年，公司及子公司紧抓政策机遇，服务国家战略，深入推进保险供给侧结构性改革，创新发展，实现总保费收入2360.36亿元，同比增长15.1%，增速优于市场。其中，机动车辆险总保费收入1274.87亿元，同比增长4.1%；非车险总保费收入1085.49亿元，同比增长31.4%，非车险占比46.0%，同比上升5.7个百分点，业务发展更加均衡。市场份额为中国财产保险市场的35.1%，较2018年末提高2.1个百分点。
内在品质提升，综合实力不断增强。2019年上半年，公司及子公司综合成本率97.6%，低于行业平均水平；净利润168.21亿元，同比增长39.1%；净资产收益率(未年化)11.2%，继续保持市场领先水平。经营活动现金净流入87.29亿元，百元保费现金净流入3.71元，流动性明显改善。2019年6月30日，公司及子公司总资产、总权益和投资资产规模持续增长，总资产6042.14亿元，较2018年末增长9.7%；总权益1589.80亿元，较2018年末增长12.4%；投资资产规模4410.70亿元，较2018年末增长1.6%。核心偿付能力充足率242%，综合偿付能力充足率286%，较2018年末稳步提升。
数字化战略稳步推进，赋能转型发展。2019年上半年，公司及子公司构建升级自主研发技术框架，启动新一代核心系统开发，完成专属云网络专线建设；推进95518智能客户服务平台上线，完成"中国人保"APP整合项目，加快推进客户线上化，客户微信线上化绑定率较年初提升2.6个百分点；通过车险GIS智能调度系统、自动理算工厂、移动查勘定损系统、微信理赔、意外险APP理赔系统、互联网小微平台自动批量处理等一系列平台和理赔系统的广泛应用，有效提升理赔效率，改善客户体验，提高服务质量。依托数字化技术，公司及子公司不断优化保险价值链，赋能企业运营各个环节，深入推进转型发展。
牢固树立合规意识，强化风险管控。2019年上半年，公司及子公司坚决贯彻落实中央打赢防范化解金融领域重大风险攻坚战要求，贯彻落实银保监会的各项监管政策，深入开展重点领域乱象整治工作，加强监督检查和风险排查，强化对关键领域和重点环节风险的刚性管控，逐步建立健全风险管控长效机制，确保公司稳健经营。
