中国建材(03323.HK)上半年净利润增长51.3%至57.67亿元
格隆汇8月23日丨中国建材(03323.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入1121.64亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长17.8%；毛利333.59亿元，同比增长16.97%；公司股东应占盈利57.67亿元，同比增长51.3%；基本每股收益0.684元；不派中期股息。
2019年上半年，集团面对仍旧复杂的国内外形势，抓“三精管理”，持续推进组织精健化、管理精细化、经营精益化，立足降本增效，深入推进“2422”压减工作；抓调整转型，全力推进核心业务优化、绿色发展、国际化经营；抓创新驱动，聚焦科技创新，全力推进产研合作、双创平台建设、创新激励机制建设；抓党的建设，以高质量党建引领企业高质量发展。
上半年，集团水泥熟料销量1.703亿吨，同比增长5.9%；商品混凝土销量4920万立方米，同比增长17.1%；骨料销量2390万吨，同比增长68.4%；石膏板销量9.04亿平方米，同比增长4.4%；玻璃纤维纱销量114万吨，同比增长4.3%；风机叶片销量4483兆瓦，同比增长121.4%；工程服务收入173.01亿元，同比增长12.8%。
下半年，集团坚决贯彻高质量发展理念和战略部署，加强利润平台建设，聚焦主业、做强主业、提高主业发展质量，提升核心竞争力和盈利能力。
一是全力推进供给侧结构性改革。贯彻《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》，严格落实错峰生产、环保限产，推动落后产能淘汰、减量置换政策完善，坚持去产能和去产量并重，维护行业健康运营环境。
二是全力推进转型升级。围绕“水泥、新材料、工程”三大业务格局，推进水泥布局优化，强化商混核心利润区建设，加快发展骨料；快速推进新材料业务发展，加快向高端化、智能化转型，稳步推进全球化，推广“石膏板+”、“玻纤+”；巩固工程服务业务传统优势，并推进「属地化和适度多元化」，发展“工程+”。
三是全力推进“三精管理”。“经营精益化”方面，践行“价本利”经营理念，狠抓市场营销，巩固传统市场、开发新兴市场、深挖细分市场；“管理精细化”方面，提升管理数字化、信息化、智能化水平，进一步压减成本费用，精简管理链条；“组织精健化”方面，围绕“2422”专项工作，优化资产负债表，做到机构精简、人员精干。
四是全力推进整合优化。按照归核化原则，有序推进业务板块整合工作，实现资源共享，优势互补，充分发挥协同效应。
