中国忠旺(01333.HK)中期净利润增长15.7%至14.65亿元中期息0.1港元
格隆汇8月23日丨中国忠旺(01333.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收益129亿元人民币（下同），同比增长38.3%；毛利39.1亿元，同比增长32%；期间净利润14.65亿元，同比增长15.7%；每股盈利0.2元，每股中期股息0.10港元。
回顾期内，该集团实现整体销量约532,275吨，较去年同期上升63.7%。其中本集团工业铝挤压产品的销量为172,001吨，较2018年上半年的81,235吨上升111.7%，销售金额约为人民币43.7亿元。该增长主要受益于下游市场对于高品质的工业铝挤压产品的需求增加，令订单数量增加。
回顾期内，该集团铝压延产品的销量达220,440吨，较2018年上半年的83,768吨显着上升163.2%，销售金额约为人民币33.6亿元。回顾期内，该集团继续为新能源汽车厂商提供小批量汽车板产品，同时稳步推进与欧系、日系品牌的产品认证过程。此外，该集团亦已研制完成多类包装用铝材产品，包括用于罐盖、电脑外壳、电池软包装等的铝合金产品。第二条生产线于回顾期内开始小批量试生产。
公司称，该集团贯彻对研发的投入，致力打造高端技术。2019年6月，该集团独立、自主研发的五项重要铝加工技术顺利通过业内权威评审，这展现出该集团在工艺优化、产品性能提升、生产效率提升等方面的综合优势。目前，该集团在新能源全铝车身、底盘技术方面的水准已达到国际先进水平，这些技术未来有望被广泛应用于高铁、地铁、新能源汽车等多个高端领域，为该集团带来可观的潜在效益。
市场趋势及政策引导为中国铝加工企业创造了有利的发展环境，为此，公司管理层制定以下发展策略：1.继续落实产能优化及扩充，巩固本集团综合实力：本集团早前订购的铝挤压设备陆续投产，这将巩固本集团在高端铝加工方面的综合实力；2.丰富产品种类，提高产品整体附加值：本集团将充分发挥工艺与设计团队的优势，为客户提供更多轻量化综合解决方案。通过巩固研发及技术优势，本集团将持续丰富产品种类、提升产品品质表现，提高产品整体附加值；及3.释放天津铝压延材项目价值，为本集团的长远发展添动力：进一步提升第一条生产线的产品品质与稳定性；第二条生产线正在试生产，争取早日正式投产；大力推进研发及高端产品认证进度，为优化产品组合做好准备。
