华晨中国(01114.HK)上半年纯利减少9.4%至32.3亿元

格隆汇8月23日丨华晨中国(01114.HK)发布中期业绩,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司实现收入19.04亿元人民币(下同),同比减少16.7%;毛利1.01亿元,同比减少35.4%;公司股东应占盈利32.3亿元,同比减少9.4%;基本每股收益0.6402元;拟派中期股息每股0.11港元。

公告表示,集团2019年首6个月综合收益(主要来自主要营运附属公司所营运业务的销售净额,包括华晨雷诺、沈阳兴远东汽车零部件有限公司及华晨东亚汽车金融)为19.04亿元,较2018年同期下跌16.7%。收益下跌主要由于期内轻型客车及多用途汽车销量下跌,汽车零部件销量亦见减少所致。

华晨雷诺于上半年售出20,234辆轻型客车及MPV,较2018年同期减少11.0%。于售出车辆数目当中,海狮轻型客车占18,132辆,同比减少13.6%。此外,阁瑞斯产品销量同比下跌7.5%至1,428辆。销量下跌乃由于产品组合成熟及市场竞争激烈所致。中国实行多项新法规亦影响集团轻型客车及MPV销情。

华晨宝马汽车对集团贡献的未经审核纯利同比减少3.4%至今年同期35.524亿元。该宝马合资企业于2019年首六个月销量达264,194辆宝马汽车,同比增加25.9%。

报告期内,尽管经济环境持续不稳,华晨宝马汽车业绩仍然亮丽。华晨宝马汽车于上半年售出264,194辆宝马汽车,较去年同期增加约25.9%。合资企业仍然忙于实施产能提升及在市场推出新型号。全新X3产品于2018年6月推出市面,进一步增强华晨宝马汽车产品组合于中国的竞争力,为期内华晨宝马汽车销量增长主要动力来源。3系产品于今年首六个月售清,让市场准备迎接于2019年7月推出的新型号。此外,5系、X1及1系轿车于期内销量亦继续增加。

华晨宝马汽车持续扩展其经销网络,于2019年6月30日在全国拥有达532间全方位服务4S店铺。华晨宝马汽车在各范畴与其销售组织保持紧密合作,以维持华晨宝马汽车及其经销商盈利能力。华晨宝马汽车销售活动亦将继续获得宝马汽车金融公司及先锋国际融资租赁有限公司支持,两者表现一贯出色,一直支持华晨宝马汽车销售并为其带来盈利。此外华晨宝马汽车新建全资附属公司领悦数字信息技术有限公司于2019年1月在中国注册成立,提供数码服务,哺育创新技术,为宝马集团在全球市场中首家独立数码业务公司。领悦将以客户为中心,引领宝马品牌在中国实现数码化转型,为宝马客户提供数码化解决方案及服务,带来线上线下无缝链接之专属客户体验。

鉴于目前市场不明朗因素,2019年下半年对中国汽车行业及集团而言仍然挑战重重并可能出现波动。维持华晨宝马汽车于豪华汽车市场的领先地位、与雷诺紧密合作执行新策略以将华晨雷诺转亏为盈,以及为华晨东亚汽车金融寻觅其他业务及赚取盈利,仍然是集团的首要任务。除此之外,集团亦继续寻求方法进一步精简现有营运及公司架构,以支持业务增长。
