华润燃气(01193.HK)中期纯利升10.6%至29.28亿港元中期息每股15港仙
格隆汇8月23日丨华润燃气(01193.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止中期，公司营业额为281.73亿港元，同比增长18.1%；公司股东应占溢利29.28亿港元，同比增长10.6%；每股基本盈利1.34港元，拟派中期息每股15港仙。
集团整体毛利率为25.0%，较去年同期下跌3.3个百分比，整体毛利率下跌主要是由于天然气平均采购价格上涨所致。
2019年上半年，集团共销售140.0亿立方米天然气，较去年同期增长13.1%且优於国家平均水平，其中工业销气量录得62.8亿立方米，增长22.6%，占集团总销气量的44.8%，商业销气量录得35.4亿立方米，增长7.5%，占集团总销气量的25.3%，民用销气量录得增长12.8%至34.2亿立方米，占集团总销气量的24.5%。
集团城市燃气项目多位于经济较发达地区，受益于大中型城市房地产市场平稳运行以及大规模的城镇化进程驱动，集团居民接驳业务实现快速增长，期间新增接驳居民用户147.8万户，其中包括新房接驳137.8万户，旧房改造7.6万户。截至2019年中期，集团经营区域内居民燃气渗透率由去年同期的48.6%上升至51.6%。
集团持续专注城市燃气核心业务发展，凭借强大的市场开拓能力与良好的企业品牌，2019年中期完成注册子公司3个，总投资额为9,301万港元。截至2019年6月30日，集团城市燃气项目数目已达到249个，覆盖可接驳户数达6,899万户。不断扩大的经营区域及项目优越的地理位置，为集团核心业务的持续快速增长奠定了坚实基础。
近年来，随着国家整体面临经济转型、污染治理的压力，清洁能源需求不断增长。集团依托政策支持以及燃气项目庞大的市场和客户资源优势，稳步推进分布式能源、充电桩等新业务，满足不同客户的用能需求，拓宽集团收入来源。2019年上半年，集团新签约两个分布式能源项目，预计总投资额约7832万港元，累计项目数量达到25个，装机容量289MW。
集团积极响应国家新能源汽车推广战略，截至2019年上半年累计投运充电站64座，售电量达5,411万度，实现经营利润1,941万港元，并在无锡、潍坊试点建设汽车加氢站。本集团借助品牌影响力，深入挖掘客户价值，积极探索增值服务商业模式，
2019年上半年增值服务整体收入总额达6.58亿港元。其中保险业务营业额达1.45亿港元，同比增长98.2%，业务发展增速较快。集团将继续采用灵活的市场化手段，提升增值服务能力，致力培养新的利润增长点。
