屯門住宅地最少接14標
政府推出的屯門景秀里與景峰徑交界住宅地今日(23日)中午截標,截至中午12時,最少接獲14份標書,包括香港興業(00480.HK)、佳明集團(01271.HK)、長興發展、麗新發展(00488.HK)、建灝地產、其士國際(00025.HK)、英皇國際(00163.HK)、遠東發展(00035.HK)、信置(00083.HK)、宏安地產(01243.HK)、萊蒙國際(03688.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)、華置(00127.HK)。
佳明集團主席陳孔明表示若中標將興建細單位,雖然近期社會事件令屯門區受影響,但陳氏相信政府有智慧解決問題,並看好本港之後數年樓市發展。建灝地產行政經理林綺華表示,今次地皮規模不大,認為市場仍有需求,預期興建中小型單位。
英皇國際物業經理蔡宏基表示,項目近民生區,市場有需求,集團於該區有其他項目,料可產生協同效應,集團會綜合考慮不同因素後按市價出價。遠展地產發展總監方文昌表示,項目處於民生區,有上車換樓需求,集團出價已作全方位考慮。
上述地皮地盤面積1.14萬平方呎,最高可建樓面面積3.76萬平方呎。市場估值介乎1.8-2.3億元。
