汇丰研究升中骏集团(1966.HK)目标价至5港元重申“买入”
汇丰发表研究报告,指中骏集团控股(01966.HK)中期业绩表现良好,核心盈利按年升29%至15.4亿元人民币。由於公司似乎倾向将销售在下半年入帐,因此上半年收入按年仅温和增长11%。公司宣布中期每股派息10港仙,按年上升43%,派息比率由去年上半年的20%扩大至25%。

该行指,仍对中骏的增长前景抱正面态度,有望在2020年实现1,000亿元人民币的长期合同销售目标。事实上,今年以来的合同销售表现已超符其销售计划,增速是该行所覆盖的内房企业中最高。
汇丰称,中骏下半年可售资源达900元人民币,加上上半年已完成全年销售目标60%,汇丰料其可超标完成其今年700亿元人民币销售目标。重申中骏集团“买入”投资评级,目标价由原来的4.7港元上调至5港元。
