《大行报告》花旗升中骏集团(01966.HK)目标价至5元评级「买入」
花旗发表研究报告,指中骏集团(01966.HK)正进入一个新的阶段,在下半年至2021年都有盈利保障,因其2017-20年销售年复合增长率达55%,预期公司可於明年达成1,000亿元人民币的销售目标,主因公司过去三年积极增加土储,并已进入37个城市。
该行指,公司目标在全国30大城市获得3,500亿元人民币的可售资源,长远进入40-45个城市。该行认为公司目前估值吸引,维持「买入」评级,目标价由4.25元升至5元。
