友邦保险(01299.HK)附属拟购澳联邦银行寿险业务
友邦保险(01299.HK)公布,根据2017年9月21日公告,公司全资附属友邦保险(国际)已达成协议,在取得一切必要的前提下,将购入澳洲联邦银行在澳洲的人寿保险业务,以及在新西兰的人寿及健康保险业务,现金总代价38亿澳元。
公司及澳洲联邦银行正落实CMLA转让的主要商业及策略性元素,并同时启动筹备完成交易交替安排的细节。公司与澳洲联邦银行同意将彼等的策略性银行保险夥伴安排由20年延长至25年。
此外,友邦保险预计其就CMLA转让净现金支出将约为10亿美元,与2017年公告一致。
