齐鲁高速(01576.HK)上半年归母净利润增长13.04%至2.26亿元
格隆汇8月22日丨齐鲁高速(01576.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入4.84亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长7.88%；毛利3.38亿元，同比增长11.8%；母公司拥有人应占盈利2.26亿元，同比增长13.04%；基本每股收益0.11元；不派中期股息。
报告期内，公司自济菏高速公路收取的通行费收入约4.64亿元，较去年同期上升3.92%。济菏高速公路的交通量由截至2018年6月30日止六个月的每日约5.14万辆次小幅增加至报告期的每日约5.56万辆次。由于经济自然增长，客车保有量增加，公司高速公路带来的便捷服务鼓励越来越多的人选择高速公路，带来车流量及收费额的增加。济菏高速沿线相邻省道、国道的道路维修，将部分车辆分流至济菏高速，带来车流量及收费额的增加。
报告期内，租金带来收入约196万元，其中出租济菏高速公路两旁广告板所带来的服务收益约151.3万元，较去年同期上升约7.53%。上述上升主要由于新签租赁合同租金较去年同期有所增长。另外出租济菏高速公路沿线通信信号传输管道及投资物业的租金收入所带来的服务收益约44.7万元。
报告期内，其他服务业务的收入约45.7万元，较去年同期下降约32.79%，主要为清理交通事故现场所带来的服务收益。另外，期内对公司“长清大学科技园互通立交项目”截至2019年6月30日止确认建筑业务收入约1792万元(截至2018年6月30日止六个月：无)。
公司将积极推进ETC车道建设，加快电子不停车收费系统推广应用，加大智能支付普及程度，做好通行费支付模式创新。借助“互联网+”技术和金融电子化的发展，积极拓展通行费新型支付方式。借鉴其他高速公路公司在收费站使用支付宝，微信支付通行费的试点经验，研究公司所辖收费站支付方式的多样性，方便公众出行，有效提升高速公路通行服务能力，优化收费系统功能，深入做好通行费精准拆分，偷逃费治理等工作，积极拓宽增收渠道，确保实现通行费任务指标，全面提升收费站软硬件水平，逐步实现运营管理数据化，收费设施智能化，外勤值守高效化，全方位提升服务质量，打造“齐鲁高速”服务品牌，持续提升企业形象。
下半年，公司将以提升经济效益为核心，以优化资本运营为重点，保持专注发展，转型发展的定力，注重改革创新，资本运作和产权多元化发展，培育壮大新动能，全面提升发展质量和效益，为建设领先，行业一流的上市公司筑牢基础，进一步提升主业资产规模和提高未来盈利水平。
