中信证券(06030.HK)上半年归母净利润增长15.82%至64.46亿元
格隆汇8月22日丨中信证券(06030.HK)公布2019年上半年业绩，公司实现收入217.91亿元人民币，同比增长9%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润64.46亿元，同比增长15.82%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润64亿元，同比增长15.65%；每股收益0.53元。
2019年上半年，公司完成A股主承销项目36单，主承销金额人民币1,228.69亿元（含资产类定向增发），市场份额20.13%，排名市场第一。其中，IPO主承销项目10单，主承销金额人民币160.29亿元；再融资主承销项目26单，主承销金额人民币1,068.40亿元。2019年上半年，公司主承销各类信用债券合计942支，主承销金额人民币4,528.69亿元，市场份额4.92%，债券承销金额、承销支数均排名同业第一，继续保持在债券承销市场的领先地位。2019年上半年，公司完成的A股重大资产重组交易金额约为人民币375亿元，排名行业第三。
截至报告期末，公司作为主办券商在持续督导的挂牌公司共22家，在2018年度股转公司主办券商执业质量评价中位列第一档。2019年上半年，公司为93家挂牌公司提供了做市服务，其中44家公司进入了创新层。
2019年上半年，公司持续做大客户市场，个人客户累计超850万户，一般法人机构客户3.6万户，托管客户资产合计超过人民币5万亿元，代理股票基金交易总额人民币8.2万亿元。
此外，截至报告期末，公司资产管理规模为人民币12,969.13亿元，主动管理规模人民币5,631.11亿元。其中，集合资产管理计划规模、单一资产管理计划规模与专项资产管理计划的规模分别为人民币1,179.12亿元、11,782.36亿元和7.66亿元。
截至报告期末，资管新规下公司私募资产管理业务（不包括社保基金、基本养老、企业年金、职业年金业务、大集合产品、养老金集合产品、资产证券化产品）市场份额9.98%，排名行业第一。
