云集2019年Q2财报上半年GMV达150.55亿付费会员数达1077万
8月22日,基于社交驱动的中国会员电商第一股“云集”(代码:YJ),发布了2019年第二季度未经审计的财务报告。
2019年第二季度,由于商城业务的稳健增长,云集GMV同比增长46.4%至人民币82亿元,其中,于2019年年初启动的商城业务,在二季度贡献的GMV达到了22亿元。
与此同时,云集会员数持续保持稳健增长,并在二季度实现付费会员数超千万,达到了1077万,相比截至一季度的901万,实现了19.5%的环比增长。而截至2019年6月30日,在过去12个月中,云集交易会员从366万增至823万,同比增长125.1%。
今年上半年,云集GMV已经达150.55亿元,同比2018年上半年的91.44亿元增长64.6%。今年上半年的商品毛利率从2018年的18.0%增长至20.7%,非美国通用会计准则下,今年上半年实现盈利394.8万元。
“随着我们继续优化和升级我们的新商城业务模式,我们在第二季度保持了良好的增长率。”云集创始人、董事长兼首席执行官肖尚略表示,“随着我们继续极致精选新品牌,以最符合会员需求、最具竞争力的价格为会员提供优质商品,我们的会员数量在第二季度稳步扩展。我们有信心,我们未来的财务业绩将逐步反映我们的业务进展和会员收益。”
据悉,为了进一步为会员带来更丰厚的价值,降低会员的消费决策成本,云集继推出商城业务之后,继续聚焦“极致精选”策略,通过与云集品牌方的深度沟通,了解品牌的生产、内贸、外贸情况,主动挖掘并发现更多的头部品牌,并重点为它们提供服务,帮助优质品牌找到用户并释放生产力。
对此,肖尚略指出,云集追求长期健康稳定增长主要围绕两大核心战略。首要的战略核心是商品供应链的持续升级,通过改善商品和商家的精选和大力发展自有品牌商品和独家专供商品两方面举措,为会员精选更多高质量商品;第二个战略核心是持续发挥社群优势,坚持保证会员利益并同时提升服务商收益,确保能为会员、服务商和品牌商创造共赢的生态。
值得注意的是,云集还不断增强履约能力、优化消费体验,今年“516”四周年大促期间,云集单日最高发送包裹量达387万单,90%以上的包裹在3日内送达客户手中。此外,云集在赋能创新品牌、打造品牌爆款方面成绩凸显,截至今年6月30日的过去12个月里,云集平台上33个品牌销售额过亿元,展现了云集在爆款打造上的巨大优势。
