港股异动|中海物业大跌逾8%机构称中期收入快速增长但盈利略低于预期
格隆汇8月22日丨中海物业(2669.HK)今日放量大跌,现报3.68港元,跌8.68%,暂成交1.27亿港元,最新总市值120.56亿港元。

中海物业昨日公布,上半年公司整体收益上升25.9%至港币24亿元;经营溢利较去年同期上升11.9%至本期的港币3.53亿元;公司拥有人应占溢利较去年同期上升12.5%,达港币2.485亿元。
国盛证券点评称,公司收入快速增长,盈利略低于预期。业绩增速低于市场预期,主要是由于上半年增加了项目管理人员的直接投入,导致营业成本同比大幅增加39.1%。下调公司2019-2021年的归母净利润至4.84/5.79/6.87 亿港元。仍维持4.7港元的目标价及“买入”评级。
