《大行报告》大摩东亚(00023.HK)中期核心拨备前营业利润逊预期因成本较高
摩根士丹利发表报告表示,东亚银行(00023.HK)今年中期每股盈利按年跌83%至0.22元,主要受早前宣布贷款损失所影响,期内利息净收入升19%,毛利按半年扩阔约14个基点,并指手续费收入逊於该行预期3%,但其他非利息收入则胜预期。
该行指,东亚上半年核心拨备前营业利润(PPoP)按年升13%,主要是内地零售客户业务强劲,但逊大摩预期12%,主因成本增速亦加快(按年升18%)。
大摩表示,东亚银行资产质素仍弱,但仍符合该行预期,指普通股权一级资本比率15.3%仍强。报告维持予东亚「减持」评级及目标价19元。
