特步国际(01368.HK)上半年纯利增23%至4.63亿元电商业务已占营收20%以上
格隆汇8月21日丨特步国际(01368.HK)公布2019上半年业绩,公司实现营收33.57亿元,同比增长23%;毛利率提升0.9%至44.6%;经营溢利7.17亿元,同比增长21%;股东应占溢利4.63亿元,同比增长23%;每股基本盈利为0.202元;董事会宣派中期股息每股0.125港元,派息比率为59.3%。
期内,特步主要跑步类别的功能性产品,录得稳定需求。另一方面,集团对每季接到来自总代理商及加盟商的产品订单一贯采用审慎方针。集团持续密切监控存货水平,并凭藉公司几乎覆盖所有零售渠道的全面企业资源规划系统实现高效的零售销售。集团可对企业资源规划系统所反映的数据作出快速反应,调整向零售渠道交付产品。因此,零售存货于期内维持健康水平。
在分销网络上,公司中国内地及海外特步零售店数目为6312间,净开店数82间。于2019年6月30日,公司的独家总代理商数目保持稳定在40家,约60%的店铺由其直营。为提高资源利用率,公司于2017年在营运管理、品牌营销、产品研发及生产、物料采购、零售管理系统及零售网络完成了特步儿童与特步在供应链上的整合。于2019年6月30日,特步儿童部门的销售点数量达到650个。
于2019年6月30日,超过80%的店铺已改装为国际化运动风格布局。新店铺的平均建筑总面积超过105平方米,采用量身定制的设计,展示全套跑步特性的体育用品系列,并提高商品销售的连带率。
在电子商务和O2O中,于2019年上半年,公司的电子商务业务呈稳定增长,占集团收入的20%以上。公司电子商务平台的成功主要得益于公司能迅速适应消费者趋势,并由400多位专业人士组成的执行团队直接管理。由于拥有强大的品牌定位和多元化的产品组合,公司于2019年连续第二年蝉联天猫跑鞋类别销量第一。
公司大多数的线上产品是电子商务专供的休闲体育用品,占总线上产品的60%。自2016年年底以来,作为中国内地首批与独家总代理商开展O2O业务的体育用品品牌之一,集团于2019年上半年全面推出涵盖所有独家总代理商的O2O系统。线上O2O产品的价格与实体店内价格相同。公司无缝的O2O平台成功增强公司品牌和推广的协同效应,从而大幅提高集团及独家总代理商的盈利能力。
