罗马集团(08072.HK)明日股份合并及更改每手买卖单位
罗马集团(08072.HK)公布,股东特别大会通告所载全部提呈决议案已在会上获按股数投票表决方式正式通过。议案通过後,建议股份合并及更改每手买卖单位将於明日(22日)生效。
集团早前建议将公司股本中每股面值0.064元的每20股已发行及未发行现有股份合并为公司股本中每股面值1.28元的1股合并股份。完成後,建议每手买卖单位由2万股现有股份更改为1万股合并股份。
股本削减及股份拆细仍须待若干条件达成後,方可作实。公司将於适当时作出进一步公告。
