格隆汇8月21日丨郑州银行(06196.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止六个月，实现营业收入62.32亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比增长21.32%；归属于该行股东的净利润24.69亿元，同比增长4.34%；基本每股收益0.42元；核心一级资本充足率8.07%；不良贷款率2.39%。
公告称，截至报告期末，该行资产规模4,797.96亿元，较年初增长2.93%；存款规模2,715.95亿元，较年初增长2.83%；贷款规模1,775.57亿元，较年初增长11.27%。
盈利指标明显改善，报告期内，该行实现营业收入62.32亿元，同比增长21.32%；拨备前利润45.44亿元，同比增长21.73%；净利润25.10亿元，同比增长5.34%；净息差1.86%，同比增加0.38个百分点；成本收入比26.66%，同比下降0.33个百分点。
风险指标稳步压降，截至报告期末，不良贷款率2.39%，较年初下降0.08个百分点；逾期90天以上贷款占不良贷款比例83.67%，较年初下降11.69个百分点；拨备覆盖率158.44%，较年初增加3.60个百分点，主要监管指标符合监管要求。
报告期内，该行实现利息净收入39.40亿元，较上年同期增加人民币11.18亿元，增幅为39.62%；占营业收入63.22%。其中：业务规模增加导致利息净收入增加9.02亿元，收益率或成本率变动导致利息净收入增加2.16亿元。
公告显示，报告期内，该行净利差1.88%，较上年同期增加0.30个百分点，净利息收益率1.86%，较上年同期增加0.38个百分点。净利差及净利息收益率上升的主要原因是：(1)发放贷款及垫款规模及占比增加，导致生息资产的收益率较上年同期上升；(2)优化产品定价模式、控制负债成本支出，使得付息负债平均成本率较上年同期下降。
非利息收入方面，实现收入22.92亿元，较上年同期减少0.23亿元，降幅为0.98%，占营业收入比为36.78%。其中：手续费及佣金净收入7.76亿元，较上年同期减少1.83亿元；其他非利息收益15.16亿元，较上年同期增长1.60亿元。
截至报告期末，该行资产总额4,797.96亿元，较2018年年末增加136.53亿元，增幅为2.93%。资产总额的增长主要是由于该行发放贷款及垫款、金融资产投资增加。
负债方面，总额为4,402.80亿元，较2018年年末增加120.02亿元，增幅为2.80%。主要是由于已发行债券、吸收存款、卖出回购金融资产款等负债的增加。
