格隆汇8月20日丨H&H国际控股(01112.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司实现收入为人民币50.95亿元(单位下同),同比增长11.4%;毛利为34.23亿元,同比增长11.3%;EBITDA为12.99亿元,同比增长34.5%;经调整可比EBITDA为11.94亿元,同比减少4.4%;纯利7.13亿元,同比增长85.5%;经调整可比纯利6.09亿元,同比减少13.1%;基本每股盈利1.11元。
凭藉上半年推出的多品牌/类别策略及多项计划以带动消费者对优质婴幼儿营养及护理产品类别的需求,婴幼儿营养及护理用品业务所得收入于今年上半年达32.61亿元,与去年同期相比增加17.4%。该等计划包括以集团专属妈妈100忠诚计划有效地招揽新消费者及留住现有消费者;及加强数字及社交媒体营销及专业人士代言,以提高品牌知名度及口碑效应。
由于去年中国出生率不断下降,婴幼儿配方奶粉在中国市场维持激烈竞争,今年初以来市场增长开始放缓。虽然高端及超高端分部增长依然强劲,婴幼儿配方奶粉行业截至2019年6月30日止十二个月录得较低增长率,为11.6%。尽管走势如此,相比去年同期,集团的婴幼儿配方奶粉分部增速胜过市场增速,销售增长14.7%,并继续于高端及超高端分部占有重要地位。集团的Healthy Times婴幼儿配方奶粉系列表现胜过整体有机婴幼儿配方奶粉市场,销售增长为42.7%,占其整体婴幼儿配方奶粉业务的5.1%。根据独立市场研究公司尼尔森(Nielsen)的资料,集团所占中国整体婴幼儿配方奶粉市场的份额于截至2019年6月30日止十二个月保持稳定,为5.9%。
集团亦扩大于澳洲、中国香港及法国等其他市场的据点,包括于2019年初在澳洲及新西兰市场推出Biostime有机婴幼儿配方奶粉产品及益生菌产品,并委任知名超模及两子的母Miranda Kerr担任Biostime的品牌大使。同时,集团透过跨境电子商务平台及中国香港市场推出Biostime品牌旗下的婴幼儿配方羊奶粉系列,成功扩展了婴幼儿配方奶粉产品系列,从而进军中国发展迅速的羊奶粉市场。法国作为欧洲最大的有机婴儿食品市场,其有机婴幼儿配方奶粉市场近年来的销售增长势不可挡。根据独立研究数据供应商GERS的资料,Biostime已随着此增长趋势,于药房渠道的有机婴幼儿配方奶粉品牌中排名第二,显示增长非常稳健,亦广受法国母亲们认可。
