核心平台业务快速增长齐屹科技(01739.HK)中期毛利增长54.9%至2.53亿元
格隆汇8月20日丨齐屹科技(01739.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个，公司收入3.665亿元人民币，同比增长33%；公司拥有人应占经调整净溢利3518.6万元，同比增长16.5%；毛利2.53亿元，同比增长54.9%；每股盈利0.03元。
2019年上半年，公司的核心平台业务继续展现显著的增长势头，且平台业务收入为人民币224.6百万元，较2018年同期增长57.1%。在消费者方面，公司通过网站及移动应用程序，为用户提供全面、独立及互动的内容。截至2019年6月30日，公司的用户数据及高质量的家居装修内容包括超过240万篇文章及帖文、550万张相片以及140万个实例。此外，公司准确而全面的人物画像技术，使公司能够不断提升用户体验并提高我们吸引和留住客户的能力。
为应对施工期间常见的建筑服务不标准及付款机制不受保障等所导致的不佳用户体验，公司继续向用户推广第三方检测服务及付款保障（即齐家保服务）。于2019年上半年，采用公司齐家保服务的建筑现场数目较2018年同期增加91.5%至13,870个。在商户方面，公司在平台上向服务供应商推广业务扩展和管理机制。公司已招揽更多优质服务供应商加入公司的平台，且公司平台上的室内设计及建筑服务供应商数量由截至2018年6月30日的8,083个增加36.6%至截至2019年6月30日的11,042个。
于2019年7月，公司与中国A股上市公司广州好莱客（股份代号：603898）注册成立一间合营企业，其主要从事生产定制综合家具，以协同公司的材料供应链业务。于2019年上半年，材料供应链业务的收入为人民币28.9百万元，较2018年同期增加66.8%。
未来展望：公司将继续专注于执行公司的长期战略，即作为中国领先的室内设计及建筑平台，减少公司面临短期波动的风险，且将继续调整公司的产品策略、客户覆盖范围及服务发展以为长期回报分配资源及努力。公司已招募新人才加入我们的核心团队及已搭建的基础，这使公司倍受鼓舞。展望未来，公司将探索多元化的商业模式及机会，从而建立一个强大而全面的平台。
