农业银行(01288.HK)完成发行850亿元无固定期限资本债券
格隆汇8月20日丨农业银行(01288.HK)发布公告,经银保监会和人民银行批准,该行在全国银行间债券市场发行“2019年无固定期限资本债券(第一期)”。该期债券于2019年8月16日簿记建档,并于2019年8月20日发行完毕。
该期债券发行规模为人民币850亿元,前5年票面利率为4.39%,每5年调整一次,在第5 年及之后的每个付息日附发行人有条件赎回权。债券将在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司完成债券登记和托管。依据适用法律和监管机构批准,该期债券募集资金将用于补充其他一级资本。
