阜丰集团(00546.HK)中期股东应占溢利6.13亿元同比增94.5%
格隆汇8月20日丨阜丰集团(00546.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止六个月,实现营业额约人民币77.04亿元(单位下同),同比增幅16.5%;毛利16.73亿元,同比增加49.2%;股东应占溢利6.13亿元,同比增加94.5%;基本每股盈利27.42港仙;拟派中期股息每股9.3港仙。
公告称,期内经营业绩较2018年同期显着增加,这主要归因于:1)味精价格大幅上升及氨基酸分部的收入及盈利能力明显改善,由于氨基酸分部所占的收入占比较大,对整体业绩表现带来非常正面的影响;2)尽管2019年上半年玉米、煤炭等主要原材料成本有所增长,但是在味精价格大幅上升下,味精利润率仍有所提升;及3)生产技术水平不断提升,生产效率得到了进一步发挥。
2019年上半年,公司的主要业务(即味精业务)收入较去年同期大幅增加。继续保持去年第四季度的强劲势头,味精的价格保持强劲,并在本年度上半年处於较高水平。味精的平均价格为每吨约7,161元,期内味精销量维持在约521,529吨,提升味精业务的盈利能力。
食品添加剂业务方面,于2019年上半年,味精的平均售价与二零一八年同期相比大幅上涨22.7%,主要是由於味精行业进入新的竞争格局,竞争对手减少定价及产量方面的不理性竞争。
此外,尽管期内主要原材料成本有所增长,但集团加大研发水平,降低单耗提升生产效率,因此毛利率较2018年同期相比有大幅增加。
与2018同期相比,2019年上半年的味精产量增长约12.5%,而销量下降8.3%。味精产量增加乃主要由于因应市场需求而对味精产能进行季节性调整所致。该策略不仅全面利用集团的成本优势,同时亦提升集团的市场定位以最大化其盈利能力。
与去年同期相比,2019年上半年淀粉甜味剂的产量及销量分别大幅增长约112.0%及108.2%。产量增加乃因新龙江厂房二期开始运营淀粉甜味剂的新产能,以满足强劲的市场需求。
动物营养及高档氨基酸业务方面,期内集团共销售约94,016吨苏氨酸,而于2018年上半年则为约79,407吨。
然而,由于自2018年下半年中国爆发猪流感,苏氨酸的平均售价大幅下降,从而导致2019年上半年毛利贡献及毛利率出现大幅下降。
此外,与2018年上半年相比,今年上半年黄原胶的产量及销量分别增长13.9%及12.5%。黄原胶产量及销量增加,得益于生产及营销策略成功调整。
