格隆汇8月19日丨梁志天设计集团(02262.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入2.21亿港元，毛利7733.5万港元。
梁志天设计集团为屡获殊荣的国际知名室内设计服务及室内陈设服务供应商，总部设于香港，并于北京、上海、广州、深圳及天津设有办公室。集团于1997年由梁志天先生(一位建筑师、室内及产品设计师)创立，已发展成为最大型的室内设计集团之一，于中国大陆及中国香港拥有超过600名雇员。
公司已为全球超过390名客户服务，创作多元化项目，成就了公司的国际知名度及丰富经验。公司的项目包括住宅项目，如示范单位、售楼处、交楼标准及会所；私人住宅项目，如公寓、顶层复式单位及别墅；酒店及餐饮项目，如餐厅、酒店、服务式公寓及商场；及商业项目，如办公室物业。知名项目包括棕榈岛亚特兰蒂斯酒店的元餐厅、yoo Residence及深圳湾1号。
公司致力于成本、功能及美学之间取得最佳平衡，以提升终端用户的生活质素。凭藉于高端市场的室内设计经验，公司于2015年引进室内陈设服务。进一步发展产品设计服务，其中包括与知名品牌合作设计优质陈设及生活产品。公司三个核心分部之间产生的强大交叉销售协同效应，让服务得以涵盖室内设计方案的完整价值链，实现业务优化、市场竞争力以及可持续的长期发展。

公司表示，于2019年6月30日，集团已录得新签合同总额3.72亿港元，按年增加32.6%。而且公司作为室内设计行业顶级品牌，未来将进一步拓展中高端市场，透过推出切合中国急速变化的房地产市场需求的全新品牌“思路”，集团深具信心，凭藉市场对公司品牌一直以来的高度认同，此全新品牌将成为集团业绩的主要推动力之一，带动集团业务持续向好发展。集团将持续乘宏观政府举措之便，关注环球政经环境及市场动态的最新资料，并于需要时即时作策略回应。
