路劲(01098.HK)中期股东应占溢利增长7.45%至8.68亿港元中期息0.3港元
格隆汇8月19日丨路劲(01098.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收入68.56亿港元，同比增长19.8%；公司拥有人应占溢利8.68亿港元，同比增长7.45%；每股盈利1.16港元，每股中期股息0.3港元。
期间集团运营团队紧贴市场走势，按照平衡销量和利润的经营原则，齐心协力销售，2019年上半年物业销售额（包括合资企业项目）创出新高，达至人民币220.30亿元，其中，签订销售合同额为人民币195.78亿元及销售协议待转合同为人民币24.52亿元，较去年同期上升28%，销售均价上升至每平方米约人民币19,000元。
2019年上半年，集团物业交付额（包括合资企业项目）约人民币84.18亿元，较去年同期大幅增加36%，主要乃来自长三角地区项目，其占总物业交付额约80%。整体交付均价约为每平方米人民币16,700元，毛利率约40%，房地产分部溢利提升至港币9.66亿元。
为补充土地储备，2019年上半年集团以土地摘牌及合作开发形式，共获取四幅住宅地块，分别于北京市、广州市、苏州市及常州市，楼面面积合共为445,000平方米，优化及补充了集团的土地储备。截至2019年6月30日，集团在中国内地及香港的土地储备分别为779万平方米及12万平方米，合共791万平方米，其中已销售但未交付的面积为239万平方米。
收费公路业务方面，2019年上半年高速公路项目日均混合车流量及路费收入分别达到264,300架次及人民币15.96亿元，分别较去年同期上升约4%及9%。期内，唐津高速公路及马巢高速公路车流量及路费收入均录得稳定的增幅，加上龙城高速公路更录得双位数的百分比增长，令集团上半年分占基建合作企业溢利较去年同期上升11%至港币3.78亿元。
于2019年6月30日，集团资产总额为港币840.60亿元（2018年12月31日：港币789.52亿元），银行结存及现金为港币139.17亿元（2018年12月31日：港币117.93亿元），其中65%为人民币，余下的35%主要为美元或港元。
下半年，集团管理及运作团队将继续一贯务实的工作作风，坚持利润和销量平衡的经营策略，努力扩大销售规模，力保利润增长；并不断研发配合市场的产品，推展集团品牌使其成为更广泛公认的房地产企业。同时，集团将继续探索业务商机，争取加大公路资产，优化土地储备布局，与商业伙伴寻求更大合作发展空间。
