人行改革LPR变相降贷款利率内房股普遍升逾3%-8%

人行改革贷款市场报价利率(LPR)机制,由之前参考贷款基准利率改为公开市场操作利率加点形成,银行发放新贷款时会参考LPR,由於目前公开市场操作利率低於贷款基准利率,故有关改革变相降低银行贷款利率。

内房股今早全面显着上扬跑赢,三大蓝筹中海外(00688.HK)、润地(01109.HK)及碧桂园(02007.HK)最高见25.75元/31.85元/10.08元,现造25.65元/31.6元/10.04元,股价依次续升逾3%-6%。

上半年核心盈利年增79%的奥园(03883.HK)重越百天线(9.8元),最高见10.34元,现造10.22元,回升7.6%。时代中国(01233.HK)曾一举重越10天及20天线(12.85元及13.41元),最高见13.46元,现造13.38元,回升7.2%。雅居乐(03383.HK)及合景泰富(01813.HK)高见10.22元及6.64元,现造10.22元及6.6元,回升逾8.5%。

万科(02202.HK)、龙湖(00960.HK)、世茂(00813.H)、中国恒大(03333.HK)现造28.05元/28元/21.05元/18.3元,升3%-4%。

金茂(00817.HK)及远洋(03377.HK)升逾4%及6%,分别报4.84元及3.05元,股价均重越20天线。富力(02777.HK)最高见13.46元,现造13.24元,回升4.3%。

9月9日起正式成为国指新贵的融创中国(01918.HK)重越20天线(34.36元),最高见35.1元,现造35元,续涨6.9%。

绿城中国(03900.HK)、首置(02868.HK)及SOHO中国(00410.HK)升3.5%-6%,分别报6.23元、2.7元及2.46元,後两者股价重越20天线。

中海宏洋(00081.HK)、旭辉(00884.HK)及宝龙地产(01238.HK)升3.5%-4.7%,分别报3.89元/4.8元/4.65元。
