瑞港集团(00357.HK)中期纯利下降25.95%至2.75亿元
格隆汇8月18日丨瑞港集团(00357.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现总收入8.14亿元人民币(下同)，同比下降12.2%；股东应占纯利2.75亿元，同比下降25.95%；基本每股收益0.58元；不派中期股息。
公告表示，报告期内，公司航空业务收入为3.72亿元，同比下降23.7%；非航空业务收入为4.42亿元，同比增长0.63%；处理旅客吞吐量1249.94万人次，同比上升1.24%；飞机起降83,631架次，同比上升0.64%；货邮行吞吐量约17.89万吨，同比减少0.24%。
集团认为，2019年下半年，海南省将加快探索建设中国(海南)自由贸易试验区进程，全力推进海南国际旅游消费中心建设，离岛旅客购物免税政策将持续发挥效用，对海南经济产生积极影响。在海南省各级政府带领下，美兰机场将积极配合开展境内外旅游市场推介，把握入境免签政策等各项开放举措带来的发展机遇，开拓美兰机场的国际市场。通过有效的时刻管理等措施，降低有限的保障能力对旅客吞吐量的限制，确保年旅客吞吐量等主要指标实现持续平稳增长。
在运营管理方面，公司将通过氛围营造、合规培训、制度建设及流程优化、自查自纠、合规体系建设等方面深入开展从严治企等工作；集团将紧跟民航局2019年下半年工作部署，严格落实安全生产责任体系，增强系统管理效能，推行安全绩效管理，严守安全底线；持续为旅客提供真情服务，优化旅客乘机流程，提升运行效率；深入贯彻落实《关于深入推进民航绿色发展的实施意见》，以航空器节能减碳为核心、以提高空管效率为抓手、以绿色机场建设为保障，形成从地面到空中、从场内到场外、从生产到管理、从行业到产业的绿色发展新模式。在保证安全与服务质量的同时，集团将继续开源节流、增收节支，严格控制成本，保持全年收益水平，力争为股东带来理想的业绩回报。
