民生教育(01569.HK)上半年经调整纯利增长2.5%至2.33亿元
格隆汇8月16日丨民生教育(01569.HK)公布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收益5.26亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长66.4%；毛利3.06亿元，同比增长62.6%；经调整净溢利2.33亿元，同比增长2.5%；基本每股收益0.0516元；不派中期股息。
公告表示，于2017年3月22日，公司作为第一家上市的中国民办高等教育集团在联交所公开发售。按在校生总人数计算，公司为中国最大民办高等教育供应商之一。除内生增长外，主要得益于外延并购项目的持续落实，截至2019年6月30日，集团在校学生总人数达74,450名，较2018年6月30日大幅增长71.8%。
集团现时在重庆、云南及山东省以及内蒙古营办及╱或管理11所学校，集团在上半年签约收购江西省的一所新学校，集团学校数量和覆盖地区进一步增加。集团的11所学校包括：
(i)高等学校7所－重庆人文科技学院、云南大学滇池学院、重庆工商大学派斯学院、重庆应用技术职业学院、重庆电信职业学院、内蒙古丰州职业学院(青城分院)及曲阜远东职业技术学院；
(ii)中职学校2所－乐陵民生职业中等专业学校及按委托管理安排营办的乐陵市职业中等专业学校；及
(iii)高中学校2所－寿光渤海实验学校及民生教育集团附属乐陵高级中学。
展望未来，集团的院校一直以培养具备应用型技能的优秀专业人才为目标。上半年，政府相继颁布了一系列政策和文件，促进产教融合，鼓励培养应用型人才，建设多元化办学格局。国务院于2019年3月5日刊发的2019年国务院政府工作报告提出，高职院校今年大规模扩招100万人，集团各高等院校亦从中受惠，预期集团高等学校于2019-2020学年的新入读学生人数有较大的增加。
此外，根据教育部发布的2018年全国教育事业发展统计公报，中国有750所民办高校(包括265所独立院校)，学校分布较为分散，版块集中度低，集团凭藉其管理层团队于高等教育行业的业务营运及并购方面积累的经验，把握政策带来的发展的机遇，透过收购优质民办高校进一步拓展和扩大集团的学校网络及学生人数，并持续致力于培养高端应用型人才，为集团的长期发展奠定基础。
