重庆农村商业银行(03618.HK)上半年归母净利增18.94%至57.51亿元
格隆汇8月16日丨重庆农村商业银行(03618.HK)宣布，截止2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现营业收入132.7亿元，同比增长0.06%；归属于公司股东的净利润57.51亿元，同比增长18.94%；基本每股盈利0.58元。不派息。
2019年上半年，集团实现税前利润70.35亿元，同比增长11.07%；净利润58.41亿元，同比增长19.52%。税前利润和净利润稳步增长主要得益于：一方面，在保持集团生息资产规模稳定增长的同时，集团加大产品创新和营销力度，实现净利息收入114.86亿元，较上年同期增加25.34亿元，增幅为28.31%。手续费及佣金净收入较上年同期增加2.13亿元，增幅为19.13%。另一方面，集团期进一步加强成预算管理，同时受相关人力政策影响，集团期营业支出较上年同期下降8.53亿元，降幅为22.16%。
2019年上半年，集团净息差2.35%，与上年同期持平。净利差2.18%，与上年同期下降0.26个百分点。主要是受同业资金市场价格波动及债券投资市场收益率下降所致。
于2019年6月30日，客户存款6828.54亿元，较上年末增加666.88亿元，增幅10.82%。从集团客户结构上看，个人存款占比74.33%，存款余额较上年末增长529.12亿元，增幅11.64%；公司存款(不含保证金存款)占比为24.56%，存款余额较上年末增长137.23亿元，增幅8.91%。
于2019年6月30日，不良贷款余额51.69亿元，较上年末增加2.42亿元；不良贷款率1.25%，较上年末下降0.04个百分点，关注类贷款占比2.41%，较上年末上升0.48个百分点。
截至2019年6月30日，集团资充足率为13.49%，较上年末下降0.03个百分点，高于10.50%的监管要求2.99个百分点；核心一级资充足率、一级资充足率分别为10.99%、11.00%，均较上年末上升0.04个百分点。
此外，个人银行业务实现税前利润32.09亿元，对行的利润贡献度为45.61%。代客理财、银行卡、代理业务等稳步发展，推动条线手续费及佣金净收入同比增长16.04%，促使2019年上半年全行个人银行业务实现利润增长。
