新福港(01447.HK)预计中期纯利减少70%至80%
格隆汇8月16日丨新福港(01447.HK)公告,公司预计截至2019年6月30日止6个月的未经审核综合纯利同比减少约70%至80%,主要由于:1.由于更换表现欠佳的分包商致使总体分包成本上升,导致整体毛利率下降;2.工程验收及付款批核所需时间出乎意料地延长,导致项目现金流转坏及融资成本增加;及3.若干具有较高毛利率的项目于期内已完成或接近完成,该等项目对收益及溢利的贡献减少。
