發改委探索適應經濟社會發展需要電力市場體系
國家發改委新聞發言人孟瑋在新聞發布會上表示,目前全國已建立北京、廣州兩個區域電力交易中心和33個省(區、市)電力交易中心。國家發改委、國家能源局正在推動電力交易機構獨立規範運行,加快營造主體規範、公平競爭的市場環境。
下一步,將進一步完善增量配電網配電價格形成機制。增加增量配電業務試點配電價格靈活性,推動試點地區形成合理的分用戶類型的配電價格體系。推動交易機構打破區域壁壘,促進更大範圍的電力資源優化配置。做好中長期市場與現貨市場建設的銜接工作,積極探索適應我國經濟社會發展需要的電力市場體系。
