中国山东高速金融(00412.HK)拟向海通国际金融收购3000万美元票据
格隆汇8月15日丨中国山东高速金融(00412.HK)公告,于2019年8月15日,公司间接全资附属公司Safe Castle签立一项交易指示,向卖方海通国际金融服务有限公司收购金额为3000万美元票据,代价为2957.1万美元.
收购事项构成集团日常管理金融资产组合库务活动一部分。鉴于票据条款包括收购价格(即相当于票据面值98.57%)、票息率、到期日及票据发行人及担保人背景,董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为,票据条款属公平合理,且收购事项符合公司及股东整体利益。
