庄园牧场(002910.SZ)半年度净利润升1.41%至2669.58万元
格隆汇8月15日丨庄园牧场(002910.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入3.97亿元，同比增长26.55%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润2669.58万元，同比增长1.41%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润2372.66万元，同比增长3.79%；基本每股收益0.14元。
报告期内，公司重点做了以下工作：
1、技术研发中心以低温产品为方向，差异化为特点的研发思路，共完成七项产品的研发和改进工作，六项低温发酵乳包括“优谷粒青稞”、“优谷粒燕麦”、“红枣枸杞”、“西柚芝士”、“黄桃燕麦”、“无蔗糖”；一项常温产品包括高原纯牛奶。同时，研发中心储备部分常温发酵乳产品配方设计和口味测试等工作。
2、公司着力巩固甘肃、陕西和青海区域市场地位，并加强渠道下沉和营销推广，积极与主要客户建立了长期、稳定、良好的合作关系，积极拓展三线城市和农村市场，大力推动渠道纵深发展，开展多种形式的宣传及促销活动。
3、为满足乳品市场日益增长的多元化消费需求，进一步加强公司新品研发和销售，丰富公司产品结构，公司于紧邻原榆中生产基地周边实施“日加工600吨液体奶改扩建项目”，该项目拟实现设备的升级换代、生产工艺的优化等进一步提升生产的智能自动化水平生产工艺的升级改造，进一步加强产品质量控制，进一步提升消费者对公司产品的认可度。
4、为进一步加大自有奶源控制比重，公司于甘肃省金昌市实施“万头奶牛养殖循环产业园项目”，该项目的实施将有利于进一步提升公司自有奶供应比例，从源头上保障公司的产品质量，实现公司长期、稳定的可持续性发展。
5、为进一步建立、健全公司长效激励机制，充分调动公司董事、高级管理人员、中层管理人员及核心技术(业务)人员的积极性，有效地将股东利益、公司利益和核心团队个人利益结合在一起，促进公司持续、稳健、快速的发展；公司于2019年上半年完成“2019年限制性股票激励计划”，向84名股票激励对象定向发行股票334.06万股，授予价格为6.96元股。该计划的实施有利于吸引、留住优秀的管理、业务和技术人才，满足公司对核心业务(技术)人才和管理人才的巨大需求，建立公司的人力资源优势，进一步激发公司创新活力，为公司的持续快速发展注入新的动力。
随着国家高度重视乳制品行业发展，并进一步明确了奶业在国民经济发展中的战略定位，并在分析问题和完善保障的基础上制定了至2020年的奶业发展总体目标及细分任务，公司力争在此行业发展趋势下，通过以上工作巩固和提升市场占有率，实现公司发展的质量、效益和竞争力。
