港股异动丨创业集团控股涨10%拟收购餐厨垃圾处理业务以巩固行业地位
格隆汇8月15日丨创业集团控股(02221.HK)涨10%,报1.65港元,成交137万港元,总市值9.45亿港元。于2019年8月12日,该公司与卖方就可能收购事项订立谅解备忘录。该公司拟向卖方收购持有10个餐厨垃圾项目的公司全部股权,其中5个为营运中。该10个餐厨垃圾项目的每天总设计处理量为2235 吨。公告称,集团于中国拥有若干营运中及在建中的餐厨垃圾处理厂。建议收购事项一经落实,可使集团进一步巩固于餐厨垃圾处理行业中的地位,并可能成为中国餐厨垃圾处理行业中首屈一指的营运商之一。
