在年中报告中,Mr.QM曾经分享了上半年无论是用户量还是用户时长,增速都出现了显著下降,这也让移动互联网的争夺,变得更加犀利,不过,在刺刀拼杀中,依旧有一些犹如犀利哥一样的黑马涌现,今天,Mr.QM就重点跟大家分享一下上半年增长黑马犀利哥。QuestMobile数据显示,2019年6月,月活5000万及以上APP中,其中,银联强推的云闪付增长3.6倍,百度的好看视频增长2.3倍。看看,有个强大的爹是多么重要!不要以为只有头部增长才拼爹,后面的同样也得拼爹。月活千万到五千万之间的APP,增长最快的分别是米读小说、全民小视频、快影:趣头条旗下的米读小说,采用免费阅读+广告模式,用户增长了614倍,月活已经飙涨到了2388万;百度扶持的全民小视频增长了125倍;快手旗下的视频制作工具快影,用户增长了46倍。看到这里,有木有一丝丝苦涩、一点点绝望、一丢丢桑心啊?别,别停,因为看到后面,可能更绝望:在新上APP增长Top 榜中,腾讯、字节跳动、网易三家占了三分之一;而MAU千万以下的增长Top 20榜单中,手游占了三分之一!一句话,面对流量枯竭:有爹的拼爹,没爹的报团取暖、矩阵化发展;具体怎么玩?不妨看报告吧。

上半年APP增长关键词:三大“借势”,下沉市场、巨头加持、模式东风

借势市场:下沉市场持续释放增长红利

1、时长红利窗口收缩:用户上网时长虽有所增长,且用户平均每天花在移动互联网的时间近6小时,但时长增速已放缓

2、虽然时长红利呈现收缩趋势,但下沉区域用户对移动互联网的使用程度依然在加深

3、从细分行业规模增长来看,增量TOP10的细分领域中,有9个在下沉市场获得更多的用户;其中又以短视频最为突出,同比增量过亿

借势巨头:背靠大流量厂牌的APP成绩亮眼

1、从新上APP黑马榜TOP 20来看,巨头系近一年中也推出了不少新APP,有近三分之一的新生黑马APP分别来自腾讯、字节跳动与网易

2、从用户飙升黑马榜TOP 20来看,巨头加持优势显著,在用户飙升榜中占据了半壁江山

3、综合上述榜单以及BAT今年新推出的APP行业分布来看,三家仍持续向多个行业进行布局

4、而BAT之外的互联网公司也在加强矩阵布局,以应对激烈的行业竞争,同时扩大原有品类的流量优势

借势模式:模式红利拉动成熟市场新力量崛起

1、在增速最快的行业当中,除巨头增长拉动之外,由模式红利也带动了成熟行业中新力量的崛起

受益于模式窗口的典型行业为数字阅读和移动购物。

就月活跃用户规模增长而言,数字阅读行业中的在线阅读细分行业增速超过40%,远超其他细分行业(唯一例外是幽默段子,但幽默段子在2019年6月的月活跃用户规模仅3000万量级,虽然增量相比去年翻了一倍,但对于行业整体1个多亿的增量,并不构成主要拉动因素),其主要增长来自于免费阅读模式拉动的新市场。而移动购物行业的增长,除了由手机淘宝、拼多多、京东、闲鱼等月活跃用户规模增量超千万甚至过亿的APP拉动,也由社交电商模式的火爆而带动行业内一批黑马APP的爆发。

2、在线阅读因免费阅读模式而再次硝烟四起:从行业TOP APP来看,免费的阅读类APP已占5款,其中4款为一年内新上线APP,增长迅速

3、 移动购物因社交拼团的火爆而持续发展:电商行业继续保持强势增长态势,增长黑马产品中一半产品通过社交方式获得发展

用户规模各量级赛道APP增长情况

1MAU 5000万及以上TOP增速榜:有银联背景的云闪付,凭借大量线下推广以及补贴,用户量暴增3.6倍;好看视频则背靠百度系APP的引流,用户规模呈2倍以上的增长

2、MAU 1000万-5000万TOP增速榜:采用免费内容+广告模式的米读小说用户规模增速迅猛,同比增长高达614.6倍;百度流量扶持的全民小视频与快手旗下的视频制作工具快影增速同样亮眼

3MAU 1000万以下TOP增速榜:千万级以下的榜单中,手机游戏相关的APP增幅明显,TOP 20中占比达三分之一
