越秀地产(00123.HK)附属于中国发行不超30亿元定向债务融资工具
格隆汇8月13日丨越秀地产(00123.HK)宣布,公司拥有95%权益的间接中国附属公司广州市城市建设开发有限公司("发行人")获准于中国银行间市场以非公开配售发行本金总额最高为人民币30亿元的定向债务融资工具。
定向工具将分期发行。2019年第一期的发行金额为人民币18亿元及发行期限为五年,于第三年末:发行人可选择调整定向工具的票面利率;及持有人有权向发行人回售定向工具,用途为用于偿还银行借款及补充营运资金。
