越秀地產(00123.HK)重點投向大灣區已進入區內6個城市
越秀地產(00123.HK)董事長林昭遠在中期業績記者會上表示,集團對內地房地產市場長期看好,由於今年首季市場出現小陽春,情況超出預期,因此集團調整了原有的安排,在首五個月採取審慎策略,沒有拿取土地,待市場稍為冷卻後,集團在6月取得了多幅土地。
他指,集團將今年的拿地預期提升至約179億元人民幣(下同),上半年實付有關款項約110億元,相信下半年仍有一定空間及預算再拿地。而集團新進入武漢、深圳等4個城市,相信在政府採取因城施策的環境下,擴展項目至不同城市有助風險管控。
另外,林昭遠又稱,未來會重點投向大灣區,爭取市場領導地位,目前集團已進入大灣區6個城市,並正關注珠海、東莞及惠州的機會,期望未來集團在大灣區的土地資源規模佔比在約50%至60%。
